From One Boner to Another, R.I.P.

February 26th, 2010

Back in the day, my best friends in high school called me Boner.  Every once in a while, someone still does, but the older I get, the less frequently it occurs.  It makes me smile. (There was a while when I was way past high school that it made me cringe, but now that I am way, WAY, past high school, I smile again!).  There are lots of theories how and why I was called that.  All of those theories are more entertaining than the truth.

The truth was, my friend Craig Berosh, proverbial E.H.S. jokester, was a fan of Growing Pains.  He called me Boner because he heard the name on the show.  And it stuck.  I mean really stuck!  It even got variations along the way.  “Stabonis Marchalonus” and “Bonarus@aol.com” come to mind.  “Bonner” for people that couldn’t read.  Some college friend of friends that wound up at my parents home a few years after High School called my mom, “Mrs. Boner,” as it was so widespread they did not even think it was a nickname, but a name.   It was a funny nickname to be sure, and hey, Craig was also a fan of WONDER YEARS, so my geeky 80’s ass could have been “PAUL” just as easily–so I dodged a bullet there!

Even though I never watched the show, I always felt a special kinship with my nickname, namesake.  And he, like many things from that era, is something I have not thought about in quite some time.  Until Andrew Koenig  went missing.  I work in New Media, so not a week goes by that I am not sifting through a Tweet or a Link or a Video about some child star, down on his luck.  That and porn pretty much are the foundations that built the internet.  After over a decade of making my living on the web,  I am pretty immune to both.  But, I got totally sucked into the Andrew Koenig  story, for no other reason than that we shared a funny nickname.

I was really pulling for Andrew Koenig.  I was touched by the current celebrities that came out to offer help and later condolences.   While I was not surprised that he died, (He was missing a good week before I even caught wind of it.) I was surprised to learn his Dad was the guy from Star Trek, and yea, I have to admit I was surprised his Dad doesn’t really talk with an accent he does in the films.  But the most surprising thing of all, was the grace with which his parents spoke only hours after they got the worst news any parent can get.

These are dark times we are living in for so many people.  The “life of quiet desperation” Thoreau wrote about 150 years ago, isn’t so quiet right now.  We see the desperation everywhere we look.  Every day that I read the news I wonder;  Would this have happened 5 years ago?  From the guy flying a plane into the IRS to Koenig.  Tough times turn up the heat on whatever ails you.  And for some, that’s over the edge.

And in the saddest most desperate hour of their lives, those people on that edge are who the Koenig’s spoke to in their press conference after the death of their son.  They made pleas for those that battle the demons their son did to “get help.”  They made pleas for those that know people like their son to “get them help.”  The grace in that genuine and selfless message was inspiring, and if good can come of something so tragic, maybe it’s the spread of that message.  Get Help.  Get Them Help.   R.I.P Boner.

Rocking Part 2!

February 22nd, 2010

SO, a great way to while away the weekend hours when you decide to break-up with your cable TV provider is; ROCKBAND NIGHT!  What we lost in cuteness of my first band effort, (see Are You Ready to Rock 1 ), we made up for in the number and intensity of the rockers!  Biggest Crowd Yet!!  We were like the white Commodores, minus of course the talent and the fashion sense!  A good time was had by all.

Next time I will do playlists to cut down the wait time and confusion.  (It was like being a preschool teacher for kids in their 30’s that were all drunk.  OKAY, EVERYONE…attention…HIT GREEN… OK…OK…EVERYONE, I need you to focus an NOT hit ANY BUTTONS, while I figure out why the instruments are not working!)  PS.  9 times out of 10 they were not working because Wolf kicked the wire out without me realizing.  (Mental Note: First trouble shoot is ALWAYS, is this thing PLUGGED IN!?!?!).  In his defense, he was playing at an “elevation” I never thought possible before that night and he’s cute as a button when he’s crooning with the MRS!  See Below. See you all next time and hopefully some of the folks we sorely missed this time will join us!

Snow Day

February 7th, 2010

Well, actually it’s a Sunday.  Super Bowl Sunday.  But since the northeast is under two feet of snow, it seemed like a good day to do some sledding.  Al and Nick, (Brother-in-law, Nephew) decided to take me up on my suggestion of “Carriage Stop” as the “best” place for sledding in Berlin, NJ.  Now, being the “best” hill in Berlin, well, it’s kind of like being the tallest midget in the circus.  But anyway, if you are 5, it’s tall and fast and Nick really enjoyed it.  I enjoyed taking some “family-friendly” pictures after a day of debauchery at Wing Bowl 18.  Life is about balance…

Enjoy the Gallery I took…(2 pages use NEXT page button.)

Good Job Nick!  These hills were too big for Jessica, but maybe tomorrow some little hills in my development.

Wing Bowl 18

February 5th, 2010

So I survived my first Wing Bowl!  Wing Bowl 18. Now before I even begin this blog, I want to offer a disclaimer!  I want to apologize to my feminist friends that think events like this exploit women,  I want to apologize to my healthy friends that think eating for sport is offensive, and while I am at I’d like to send out a general catch all apology to any and all that will be offended by Wing Bowl 18 in general, or my coverage of it specifically.  In return for that Mea Culpa?  I’ll ask you to TAKE IT DOWN A NOTCH!

Whatever label or labels people affix to the people that offend them at these events, keep in mind, these folks are having a BLAST.  They are not hurting anyone, other than themselves, and they have a great time that is over before most of us in the regular workforce have even finished our morning coffee.

That said?  Wing Bowl is an enigma, wrapped in testosterone, deep-fried in wing sauce, dripping with sex, stinking of projectile vomit, falsely shrouded in “sports” and always one beverage, bad look, bowel explosion, brawl or bikini malfunction away from disintegrating to total and utter chaos. I have worked at WPHL just under two years.  I came to the station for two reasons.  First; a station GM with a great vision and an even greater sales pitch and second; the chance to be a part of a station that I grew up with.  Channel 17 as it was commonly known in those days, meant something, in the Delaware Valley.  Not that it doesn’t now, but now it’s one of hundreds of channels.  In my youth, it was one of about a dozen, and if you were a kid, possibly one of your favorites.  Dr. Shock, Cartoons, Dancing on Air, the Phillies, Flyers, Sixers, and great re-runs of great network shows.  I was very proud to become a part of that WPHL tradition.

Artie was one of the people I met at the station that was my link to those days and that tradition.  He made me prouder to work here.  His stories were phenomenal and his sense of humor was legendary.  He told me about painting and re-painting the floor in the Dancin’ on Air days, how cold it was in the studio and how the kids on the set could barely hear the music at times.  He told me that the DREADED DR. SHOCK, that the horror-kid I used to be feared, really enjoyed water-skiing!?!  (Water Skiing?  Really Doc? Not so macabre a hobby!) Artie told me lots of things.  And I laughed and smiled and enjoyed every conversation.

But in all those convos he never told me he was sick.

I was surprised and saddened when I heard the news yesterday.  Artie recently retired from the station but I looked forward to seeing him and exchanging more stories.  I am very sad I won’t get the chance.  For those of you that never had the pleasure, below are some of my memories of Art.

Here is Artie in a Better Philly Audition.  He’s in the clip for about 2 seconds, at about the 2:00 minute mark, but in that moment, his sense of humor is apparent.  That was just him.  So funny.

The picture below is Art placing a microphone on jazz singer Alyssa Graham.  The music was wonderful that day, but I had a hard time getting photos of Alyssa smiling.  Until she met Artie!  Then the smiles came, and I snapped a few.

Artie was a great, great, guy that I will miss.  So long my friend.

Lemonade

January 20th, 2010

This one goes out to AY, JD, GO, BS, GW, KK, and most of all TM.  Just off the top of my head- those are some folks in my own career that came to mind.  I am sure I am forgetting some, because all too often, that’s what we do.  Life goes on, we feel “lucky” it wasn’t us… and we keep our nose to the grindstone.  We forget them and in the process we forget ourselves too.

Some of those folks that we dismiss, for whatever reason, sometimes really do have a window open when that door closes.  This fascinating short film is about some of them.  If you’ve got 35 minutes check it out.  If you are still at an agency, or something like it , I bet you don’t!  The admiration I have for these folks is more then i can say.

Are You Ready to Rock?!

January 17th, 2010

So Christmas mixed with winning my Fantasy Football league, finally afforded me the luxury of Ps3 and Beatles Rock Band!  In short…the rocking is NOT disappointing.  I’ve rocked with friends and their kids, friends, I’ve rocked alone, but, by far, the best “band” I have been in so far is the one below…  We are looking for a band name and a manager.
All you Need is Muz!

Here is my new band, from left to right, Grammy (83), Nick (5), Al (37), Me (39)…  As you can see… we rock.  That Harmonix/MTV games can put out a title that can bring together those age spans is nothing short of remarkable.  While Gram was a very capable drummer, I’d love for EA to come out with BIG BAND HERO, a game that uses Pop Music Standards from her era on…  Could be cool.  Great Picture taken by, Tracie,  my sister and birther of our lead singer!

As if this isn’t cool enough?  This morning I dropped off the entire Beatles catalogue in Mp3 format because my niece and nephew want to learn the Beatles songs…

[Slashdot] [Digg] [Reddit] [del.icio.us] [Facebook] [Technorati] [Google] [StumbleUpon]

Since I am getting calls from folks about what happened to me the last few days, I thought I’d blog a little about the whole thing.  So, for my friends and family that I don’t get to talk to personally (and probably a little for me so I don’t forget the next time I am feeling a little off, to make sure I take her easy); here goes… This Friday (Dec. 4) I had a strange thing happen at work.  Work weeks are long and laborious in TV land, (this time of year especially).  It’s not uncommon for me and people in my department to literally be going on fumes by weeks end.   This Friday was no different until I also experienced acute dizziness and weakness in addition to the general end of the week nuttiness we get.  If I walked I easily lost my balance and  I felt like I was going to pass out.  I thought the dizziness would subside if I sat away from my desk for a bit.  So I went to the studio and took a little rest on the Better Philly Set!   Here is an image for those of you not watching Better Philly, (Weekdays at 8am!) as often as we’d like you to!  It was pretty funny to see me sprawled out on the Better Philly set! Ratings were probably through the roof!

As entertaining as Better Philly is, I hope someone in the control room had the good sense to roll as my male coworkers came to make sure I was okay –as it was pure hilarity.  Even though we were all probably concerned something was wrong with me, guys just have a way of making other guys laugh, regardless of the circumstance.  The ladies on the other hand were very motherly and sweet and I felt very confidant I was going to be fine.  Still it freaked me out enough to get a ride home from work that day and to make an appointment as early as I could…  Even though I had not other symptoms, the consensus I would very soon be visited by the flu.  Sat and Sun no flu came.

That appointment turned into Monday.  I met with the awesome staff at Franklin Family Practice.  I was feeling less dizzy then Friday, mostly because I spent the last 48 hours firmly planted on my ass.  They took my temp, blood pressure etc.  Both were low, but not abnormal low.  Then they took blood.  I have a history of lightheadedness after blood being taken from me, so I lay down during blood tests.  They took the blood.  I chilled for about 5 minutes…everything seemed fine so I headed out. As I began walking out in the waiting room, my vision got a little blurry around the edges so I sat down again in the waiting room with other patients waiting to see the Dr.  Then it all got a little weird.

I felt myself struggling to come to.  I was caught in this weird brain loop.  I felt like a computer locked in a function I could not get out of.  I was definitely passed out, but I am not sure I knew that at the time.   It was just dark.  And one half of my brain was saying, WE HAVE TO GET BACK TO WHAT WE WERE DOING!  and the OTHER half was saying, WTF ARE WE DOING?!  Everything was dark and I bulleted between those two thoughts so rapidly that I could not stop.  When my eyes opened I was surrounded  by people from the waiting room.

“Be still, honey, you just had a siezure…” said the sweet older woman kindly.

YOU’RE a NARCOLEPTIC!!!…” said the corn-cob next to her that reminded me of the Scarecrow in Kansas before he went to OZ….

Then a Dr. came out.  I tried to come to as he told the other patients in the room not to be alarmed.  Someone gave me a cookie, and I took a bite, came to somewhat, and joked, “WOW, this is a really good cookie, definitely worth the price of my co-pay!”  The Dr. thought it best to get me out of the waiting area and away from the Berlin Paparazzo that was gawking at me, so he began to walk me back.

I should have had more cookie.

As I walked to the door that was only two chairs away, down I went.  Crazily enough?  The EMT that had just arrived was there to catch me.  (I have no idea who called the EMT, maybe the Scarecrow?)  The EMT took one look at me and put me on a gurney.  She took my vitals, looked me over and said she was taking me to the hospital.  As she strapped oxygen to my face and an IV in my arm?  The George Costanza in me took over and I was sure I was a goner…  My life passed before my eyes.  (Yes, that actually DOES happen by the way.  The specifics of what THAT was like, is another blog!)  I do not know if it was Berlin EMT, or West Berlin, but they are awesome people.  All the taxes we collectively pay, I would like a few hundy set aside next year to get the Emergency Vehicle some new shocks however.

Once in the E.R. they took my vitals and they were a mess. So there in the ER I waited for them to recover.  The Berlin E.R. was great too.  I would not wish that job on anyone, but they all did it with a smile and a really nice demeanor which is remarkable if you consider what a “normal” E.R day is like for these people. When I spoke to the Dr he said that what he thinks is happening is that I have a lower heart rate then most people.  He asked if I was a marathoner, (I am not. Yet.)  But I do run 5-6 miles a few times a week.  And have for about 15 years.  That makes your heart rate lower.   When things in life make your heart rate go even lower– stress, loss of blood, or even standing up to quick, it can make some people lightheaded.  If your heart rate is pretty low to start?  Sometimes lightheaded can turn into passing out.  And I did.  Hardcore.

Now why it took so long to bring me back up?  Or why I was dizzy on Friday?  Those questions are not for the people at the E.R.  Their job is too watch you long enough that whatever symptoms you had when you came in, are either gone, or gone enough that you won’t die.  Then they give your spot to someone they think might.  And God bless them, they do this ALL DAY every day, in shifts that probably double the length of most working folks.  (NOT CREATIVE SERVICES at WPHL however!).  So after many hours of watching and many tests.  I stabilized.  The final procedure for me was a “portable chest x-ray.”  Which for those in my line of work can tell you, looks like a giant TV camera.  They pointed it at me, shined the light… and in a Pavlovian response I didn’t even realize?  I smiled big for the “camera!”  My family assembled in the E.R. pretty much knew then it was time to go home!

I now begin a series of tests to see why I am so acutely dizzy at times.  (The original reason I went to the dr.).  I have had an array of heart and blood tests that are coming out awesome.  I am also strapped to a heart monitor for a few weeks to see when I go low, and how low.  (I had fasted a GOOD while the day of the blood tests.).  The second thing they will look at will be things like glucose test, thyroid, etc.  If that comes out normal they will look to neurological stuff… This Thursday I was BACK to work.  As luck would have it, I got to shoot the girls of Lingerie Football at a press conference.  It was just what the doctor ordered!  I am curious to see what the monitor did that day!

Thanks to everyone for all the concern but it looks like I am going to be fine.  We can now commence making fun of the whole ordeal and helping me treat this heart monitor like the parking attendants treated Cameron’s Dad’s car in Ferris Bueller!

PS. Extra Credit for those that immediately recognized this blog’s title as The Cure lyrics…

PSS. Thanks to all those that have given me tips about various, blood, blood sugar, hydration and other things that could be happening to me.

Thanksgiving 2009 Turkey Trot

November 27th, 2009

Thanksgiving 2009 started with my new tradition of the last few years, The Cooper River Turkey Trot 5k!  I have not been running due to an injured knee, but I have been hitting the gym and doing the elliptical, so I thought I’d be OK.  I wasn’t!  I mean I finished, but really slowly.  I have also been sore since.  Final time was like 29:19.  I also did the run with some friends that all agree I am not allowed to publish their pictures at anytime, under any circumstances. SO, AG, AG, LG, KH, and KI, great seeing you and I hope to see you all next year.  Please enjoy the single publishable picture of the day, me…  I said this was the last run of the year, but I have ONE more December 12.

Later in the day I spent some time at my sister’s and took these. (below)  Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!  Here is a link to my uncle’s pictures of the day as well… Chip’s Thanksgiving 2009.

Derek Jeter at Citizens Bank Park Game 3 of the 2009 World Series

So my first World Series game at Citizens Bank Park was a loss. Still that does not detract, at all, from the excitement of being a part of the media for a World Series game. I was so happy when I took that shot of Jeter, above, because it seemed to foreshadow what I was sure was going to be the beginning of a three game home stand sweep by the Phillies. I was wrong. Still love the shot!

The Yankees are pretty good, let’s face it. I heard grumblings last night about calls that turned the game. But the Yankees are just good. (Honestly I thought Game 2 was the more “winnable” game of the two losses so far.) I was on the field to see the Phillies warm up throughout the playoffs and if I said it once, I said it a million times. The Phillies are a loose bunch that looks like they are having a blast and really enjoy each others company. The Rockies and Dodgers seemed much tighter. Joe Torre was reminded me of the somnambulist in the Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. After spending a pre-game with the Yankees? Turns out the Yankees are every bit as loose, confident and upbeat as the Phillies.

During warm ups, former Philly, Michael Jack Schmidt came down to the field. (See Galleries). Schmidt spent several minutes talking with both Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez. He spent the most time talking to former Yankee great Reggie Jackson. Jackson is a member of the Yankees staff. To see the two with over 1000 homeruns talk on the field of a World Series game close enough to flip a Topps baseball card at them was a highlight of my evening.

The second highlight came during the rain delay. And truth be told, I did not know it was a highlight until someone explained it to me later. I spent the lengthy rain delay in the interview room you see on Comcast SportsNet. What you can”t see from TV is that it is lined with about 100 chairs. As the game was in delay I sat there with camera people, national media, various baseball writers etc. As we sat there, a group of 5 or 6 very goofy teenish kids in bright red WORLD SERIES jackets descended upon the podium that is used for post game interviews. They mock interviewed each other, cracked jokes, beat-boxed, sang a cappella, and giggled. I thought some of the older folks from the BBWA’s heads would explode. It smelled like teen spirit to be sure! Later in the evening I learned they were the cast from GLEE that was singing that national anthem. I was the closest one to the podium, I wish I knew it was them to take a picture for my friends kids! Damn you Fox!!!

On the Field NLCS Game 5

October 26th, 2009

del_romeoSo the culmination of my sports, personal and professional life came to an amazing crescendo tonight! As the Phillies clinched there second straight NLCS I was on the field. Actually that is not 100% true. I was in the tunnel when they clinched. As per MLB, press is not allowed on the field for another 10 minutes after that. So after waiting the required 10, I was able to be on the field as the National League Trophy was presented to the Phillies. I got some amazing shots that you can see in this gallery. (2009 NLCS Trophy Presentation at Citizens Bank Park.) In another stroke of luck, my life long friend, TJ was in the crowd. He was able to sneak down to the rail and I gave him my camera for the ONLY shot of me that exists for all the NLCS/NLDS access I have been fortunate enough to have.

If I said it once, I have said it a million times. The Phillies are a loose bunch, that legitimately like playing with and for each other. I don’t think there is a player on the team that would not take a bullet for manager Charlie Manuel. You can see their fondness for one another and confidence in the NLCS Game 5 pre-game warm up photos I shot. I will be interested to see if they look as loose against the Yankees. My hunch? Absolutely…

Prediction? Phils in 5 and I am on the field seeing another Trophy being presented!

So day two at Citizen’s Bank was a world of difference. I was there in time for the early press conferences. Joe Torre and Charlie Manuel are worlds apart right now. Charlie smiled more then he usually does and Joe Torre just sounds like a beaten man. He looks beaten as well. Although after working both home games til, 3 am, who doesn’t!?

I was also on the field at Citizens Bank Park and able to take in the Phillies Pre-Game warm up and get some really good shots. The Phillies are a very loose bunch right now. They are like a High School team, and I mean that in a good way. They genuinely seem to enjoy each others company and they do not seem the least bit intimidated by the enormous magnitude of these games. I had no doubt in my mind they’d win Game 4 and I have less doubt that they will win Game 5. Bring on the Yankees! Here is that gallery…

Phillies NLCS Pictures

In the mix, I bumped into TJ which was a very cool thing. Until you go to a major sporting event in your home town/ home team alone, you forget how much of “sports” is about the other people you enjoy it with. TJ and I have logged a lot of games! Sorry I could not be sharing this one with more of my friends and family.

No Rooting in the Press Box

October 18th, 2009

No rooting in the Press Box.  I learned that rule in Journalism 101.  Luckily as I sit behind the Press Box at my first ever NLCS baseball game in my home town, Philadelphia, the Phillies make it very easy to keep that rule.  This game was never in doubt.  As I sit in my new surroundings the score is 8-0 in the 7th inning.  Cliff Lee is pitching the gem we knew he would and I am getting a nice and calm taste of how the people that have covered my team for me since I was an infant do their thing.  Or at least how they do it at Citizens Bank Park.  The guys I read grewing up are here, some national guys, and even some international guys speaking Japanese.  (I am very used to local and national celebs, so that doesn’t even phase me at this point, but to think that I am at an event that garners international attention?  Well that’s just cool.)  A guy from mlb.com just sat next to me and I am literally unphased, yet I am still enough of a baseball geek that I am secretly trying to take Peter Gammons’ photo via my cell. Which is REALLY hilarious because, earlier, I was just a stone’s throw from the field, able to take pics of whatever giant player of the game, (Manny Ramirez, Ryan Howard, etc.) I want.  But to me?  I get more of a kick out of the Gammons’s than the Ramirez’s.

Since my station covers the Phillies, I have had some very sweet access to the Phillies all year.  For a minute there, it looked like we’d be shut out of said access for the playoffs.  I suppose when an event does garner that international attention, little stations like ours sometimes do get shut out to make room.  As of Friday at close of business, this was the case.  Then I got a call.   And although I would have LOVED to have gotten this notification in time for Saturday’s work-outs to help get the lay of the land here at the Press Level of CBP– I was called at 6:45 p.m. Sunday for an 8:07 start.  So I will learn the NLCS ropes as I go…  (PS.  That picture to the right is NOT an actual photo I took with my cell, even though, as the picture would indicate, Gammons does indeed rock!)

Mosty what I have done with my Phillies access this year is take phillies photographs for myphl17.com.  But for the NLDS I will also be blogging about the experience.  I am a member of the NEW MEDIA, and we do it all.  We write, we photograph, we blog, we shoot video, we twitter, we Facebook, all in the name of getting people on our sites.  Again, since I got the call late, I am still figuring a lot of this stadium out, but I feel right at home.   Especially among the writers. Writing was my first passion, it landed me my job, in part, at WPHL, and I don’t do it nearly enough.  Those that know me well would think I’d feel just as at home with the photogs… but truth be told, at an event of this magnitude?  It’s about more then simply a good eye and technique.  At an event this big?  The pros bring in the REALLY heavy artillery in terms of photo equipment.  (While I buy my lenses at B and H?  They are using lenses/optics that looked like they are on loan from NASA!  So, it’s kinda like being the “regular guy” at an adult film convention witn John Holmes and Ron Jeremy… but hey!  I know how to use it!)  Writing on the other hand?  We all use the same alphabet and langauge, (minus those guys from the Pacifc rim to my left!) and I’ve been at this a good while and will put my stuff up against anyone’s.  So, stay tuned!  Check out the pics when they are up, and I will update you all again tomorrow.  PS.  Phils Win 11-0…..Now where the hell did Gammons go…

So I can finally cross LEBOWSKI FEST off my want list of things to do.  This year the festival finally came to my home town, Philadelphia, and I got to go.  In the simplest words I can use, if you are a “fan” of this movie, or a “kinda fan” of this movie make sure you hit one of these someday.  For more information about where to find one of these, go to LebowskiFest.com.

Philadelphia had the luxury this year that some venues did not.  Both nights of the festival were weekends.  So Friday began at the E.F.C. in Philly.  White Russians, rabid fans, a band, a video message from The Dude (Jeff Bridges), and a screening of the film.  Only this was no ordinary screening.  This was an interactive yell at the screen, clap, fist pump, dance, dialogue and revel in any and every peice of the movie that moved you.  When Walter yelled “Over the Line!” and a few hundred Lebowski fans yelled with him it was a new and awesome way to enjoy a film.  Ironically if you watch a movie, and one person is there saying lines, it can be really aggrivating; but at Lebowski Fest it made the same experience a life long memory.

The next night was on to NORTH BOWL in Philadelphia.  This was the part of the Fest that included Bowling, Trivia, Costume Contests, and, the ever popular, What-Have-You.  It was a riot.  Dudes, Maudes, Walters, Jesuses (Jesi?!), Strangers, Nihilists, Lennon and Lenin, etc. etc.  In short?  It was a riot as well.  The staff at North Bowl was awesome, the Fest “Founding Dudes” were awesome, and the Philadelphia Achievers were awesome!  (PS. I got to interview the Founding Dudes, Scott and Will, I will post that when it is edited!).   Below are the photos I took for WPHL…  Enjoy!  Special Thanks to Shelley Wright at PlusOneMusic and Chris Roli Tour Manager…   See you all later on down the trail…
